On August 1st you will receive the first of 21 assignments by email. Before then here are a few preparations:

1. 1. Jump aboard our private FB group. Just CLICK HERE to request admission.
   2. Purchase a journal for your lab notes — this journal will be essential to track your progress and record your miracles! (This can be a simple notebook or an elaborate and beautiful journal..whatever inspires you!)
   3. Make sure emails from me are safe from spam by adding Lori@Lorilothian.com to your safe list. Also, if you use gmail, take a look in your promotions folder for my emails.
   4. Check your emails the day before we start for a video message from me.
